These terms cover your use of the Vantage app and website ("Vantage"), provided by ORB Global LLC ("Orb"). By using Vantage you agree to them.
Vantage reads your store's marketing data, explains it in plain language, and recommends actions. Recommendations are informed estimates based on your data and your network's, not guarantees. You decide what to run; ads are only published when you approve them and Orb posts them on your behalf.
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
Your store's data stays yours. You give Orb permission to process it to provide Vantage and to include it, without identifying your store, in network-level comparisons. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
If you opt in, Vantage sends up to two texts a day (a morning brief and an evening check-in). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end at any time, HELP for help.
Vantage may be included in your agreement with Orb or offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Vantage, including its software, source code, design, interface, look and feel, screens, layouts, wording, underlying methodology, data models, scoring and comparison systems, recommendation logic, workflows, and the way it gathers, presents, and connects information (collectively, the "Platform"), is the sole and exclusive property of Orb. The Platform was independently developed by Orb, is patent pending, and is protected by patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Copyright © 2026 ORB Global LLC. All rights reserved. No ownership or other rights are transferred to you.
The Platform and everything you see in it, including how it works, what it measures, how it scores, and how it explains results, is Orb's confidential and proprietary information and trade secret. You agree to keep it strictly confidential and to use it only for your own store. You may not disclose, describe, demonstrate, or show the Platform or how it works to anyone outside your own business, including other marketing agencies, software developers, vendors, consultants, or competitors of Orb.
You agree that you will not, and will not allow, help, or encourage anyone else to:
Orb's name, logos, and the Vantage name and branding are trademarks of Orb and may not be used without written permission. If you send Orb feedback or ideas about Vantage, Orb may use them without restriction or compensation.
To protect the Platform and enforce these terms, Orb records account activity, including sign-ins, dates, devices, IP addresses, and your acceptance of these terms. You agree that these records may be used as evidence of your agreement and your use of the Platform.
You acknowledge that any copying, disclosure, or misuse of the Platform would cause Orb serious and irreparable harm that money alone could not fix. If you breach or threaten to breach these terms, Orb may immediately suspend or end your access, and Orb is entitled to seek an injunction and any other court order to stop the breach, without having to post a bond, in addition to all damages and other remedies available by law. You agree to pay Orb's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs in any action in which Orb enforces these terms and prevails.
You are responsible for your employees and anyone who uses Vantage through your account, and a breach by any of them is a breach by you. These obligations apply during and after your use of Vantage, and they survive the end of your account or any agreement with Orb.
By checking the box, typing your name, and selecting "I Agree," you are signing these terms electronically. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and the record of your acceptance may be used as evidence of your agreement.
Don't use Vantage to access another store's information, to interfere with the service, or for anything unlawful.
We work to keep Vantage accurate and available but provide it "as is." Marketing data comes from third-party platforms and can be delayed or revised by them. To the extent the law allows, Orb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Vantage in the prior twelve months.
Vantage provides information, estimates, and recommendations to support your decisions. Orb does not guarantee any particular sales, leads, traffic, rankings, or advertising results, and you remain responsible for the business decisions you make.
Vantage relies on information from third-party platforms that Orb does not control. Orb is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, changes, or policies.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orb and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of Vantage.
You can stop using Vantage at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms, together with any separate written agreement between you and Orb, are the entire agreement about Vantage. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Orb's failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without Orb's written consent; Orb may assign them, including as part of a sale or reorganization of its business.
These terms are between you and Orb only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Orb, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, and support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app. Orb, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. Questions: angie@orb-global.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or Vantage will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

You own the business data connected to Vantage, including your advertising results, listing information, messages, reviews, and the sales and visits you log. Orb Global LLC uses this data only to provide the Vantage service and marketing services to you. We do not sell your data. You may ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@orb-global.com, and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it by law.
Vantage by Orb, including its software, design, analysis methods, and reports, is owned by Orb Global LLC and is patent pending. You may not copy, resell, or share access to the platform.
