Privacy Policy
Vantage is a marketing dashboard that ORB Global LLC ("Orb," "we") provides to the retail businesses we work with and to our own staff. This policy explains what information Vantage collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Store and staff logins, names, email addresses, and the stores each login can see.
- Advertising and page data. When a business grants us access, we read performance data from its connected advertising and business accounts, such as spend, reach, clicks, ad names and schedules, lead counts, and page activity.
- Messages and leads. Where a business connects its page inbox or lead forms, we read the messages, comments and lead details so the business can see and respond to them in Vantage.
- Usage information. Sign-ins, pages viewed, actions taken in Vantage, and when you accept our Terms, your name, the time, IP address, device and app version, kept as a record of that acceptance.
How we use it
- To show each business its own marketing results, messages and recommendations.
- To manage and improve the advertising Orb runs for that business, and to alert Orb staff to problems.
- To secure Vantage, prevent misuse, and keep a record of agreements.
- To generate summaries and suggestions using automated tools that process data on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one business's data to serve another business.
Who can see it
Each business sees only its own stores. Orb staff see the stores they support. We share information only with service providers that host, store, send email for, or process data for Vantage under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Access to your connected accounts
Vantage uses read access to the advertising and page accounts a business connects. You can remove that access at any time from your account's business or integration settings. Removing it stops future data collection.
How long we keep it
We keep information while a business uses Vantage and for a reasonable period afterward for records, reporting and legal obligations. Terms acceptance records are kept as long as needed to show the agreement.

Security
Data is protected by login, per-store access controls, encrypted connections and restricted server access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Vantage is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.

AI and service providers
To produce insights, Vantage may process your business data, including messages your customers send your business, using trusted artificial intelligence and cloud service providers. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it to train their AI models.
Approximate location
When you sign in, we record your IP address and use it to estimate a general location (such as city and state) to protect your account and detect unusual sign-ins.
Staying signed in
Vantage stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.
